Privacy Policy
How Pulsatance, LLC collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
Last updated August 5, 2026
1.Introduction
Pulsatance, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use bio.rodeo (the “Service”).
Most of bio.rodeo needs no account and no personal information at all. Browsing the catalog, the leaderboard, the landscape, and the provider pages is anonymous.
2.Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Access requests. When you join the waitlist or redeem an invitation code, we collect your email address, name, organization, industry, role, what brings you to bio.rodeo, and the invitation code if you used one.
- Consent record. Alongside your request we record which version of the Terms and this policy you agreed to, the time you agreed, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. This exists so we can show what was actually consented to, and to which document.
- Account information. Your email address, account tier, marketing preference, and the profile fields you can edit at any time in account settings.
- Collections. The names, descriptions, and contents of the lists you save.
- Submissions. Anything you send through the “Submit a model” or “Flag content” forms, including the email address you optionally attach to it.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, requests to our programmatic interfaces, and interactions with the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps, recorded in ordinary server and hosting logs.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account;
- Decide on access requests and operate the beta waitlist;
- Monitor usage patterns and enforce rate limits;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including access decisions, updates, and support;
- Send marketing email, where you have consented (see below);
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Understand our audience in aggregate — for example, which industries and roles the beta is reaching.
5.Our Use of AI Tools
We use AI-assisted tooling to build and run bio.rodeo — including reviewing submissions sent through our forms, checking and editing catalog content, and administering accounts. Personal information you have given us, such as the contents of a submission or the details on an account, may be processed by those tools in the course of that work.
Separately, the Service uses machine learning on its own public catalog content — the embeddings behind related-model links and the model landscape are computed from public model descriptions, and involve no personal information.
6.Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Waitlist records are kept while your request is open and afterwards as the record of consent and of the access decision. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7.Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Sign-in is passwordless, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.Third-Party Services
The Service links out to model repositories, papers, hosting providers, and other third-party sites, and can be reached from third-party tools through our programmatic interfaces. Your use of those tools and sites is subject to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
10.Marketing Communications
Requesting access to the beta includes consenting to receive email from us about bio.rodeo. We ask for this up front rather than opting you in quietly, and we keep the record of when you agreed.
You can withdraw that consent at any time, in either of two ways:
- Turn off “Email me occasional bio.rodeo updates” in your account settings; or
- Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email.
Either one takes effect for all marketing email. Withdrawing consent does not stop transactional messages you need — sign-in links, and notices about your account.
11.Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information;
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
Two of these you can exercise yourself, immediately: edit your profile fields and marketing preference in account settings, and delete your account — along with your collections — from the same page. For anything else, or to reach Pulsatance about a request, contact us at support@pulsatance.ai.
12.Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14.Contact
