Computational Cell Analytics

Computational Cell Analytics is a research group led by Prof. Dr. Constantin Pape at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Göttingen, Germany. The group develops machine learning methods for the analysis of biomedical imaging data, with a focus on segmentation foundation models. It is the team behind widely used tools such as micro-sam (Segment Anything for Microscopy) and MedicoSAM, which adapt vision foundation models to microscopy and medical imaging workflows.
